The Constitution of the All Progressives Congress

The constitution is the supreme governing document of the All Progressives Congress. It establishes the party’s membership rules, its organs — from the ward level through local government and state chapters to the National Executive Committee and National Working Committee — and the procedures for congresses, conventions, primary elections, and party discipline.
